Meet The Team
- Dr. Emmet KerinDr. Emmet Kerin
Dr. Kerin studied medicine at the National University of Ireland, Galway. With an interest in emergency medicine and Rehabilitation he worked as a Resident Medical Officer in Australia.
On returning to Ireland, Dr. Kerin completed a four year vocational training scheme in Limerick, graduating with membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners and he is listed on the Specialist Register of General Practice.

- Dr. Jason McMahonDr. Jason McMahon
Dr. McMahon is a native of Limerick and received his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin. He trained in Beaumont Hospital Dublin, the University Regional and Maternity Hospitals Limerick, before completing the University of Limerick Mid-Western Vocational GP Training Scheme. Dr. McMahon is a member of The Irish College of General Practitioners, and is listed on the Specialist Register for General Practice, with The Irish Medical Council.

- Dr. Ciara BoomsmaDr. Ciara BoomsmaDr. Ciara Boomsma was educated in University College Cork, completing her undergraduate medical degree with honours in 2010. Following a short period practicing medicine in Perth, Western Australia, she returned to Dublin to complete the RCSI and Dublin North East Vocational Training Scheme in General Practice in 2017.She is a member of the Irish College of General Practitioners and on the Specialist Register for General Practice with the Irish Medical Council.
Dr. Boomsma has a special interest in Women’s Health completing the Diploma in Obstetrics and Women’s Health with the Royal College of Physicians in 2013 and holds a Certificate in Contraception and Long Acting Reversible Contraception with the ICGP.Medical Education – Undergraduate Lecturer in Problem Based Learning and Clinical Skills at the University of Limerick Graduate Entry Medical School
